Refund policy

At Aurela Hoxha, each piece is created with exceptional care and attention to detail. Many of our garments are handmade, embellished, or produced upon order specifically for each client.

Made-to-Order / Handmade Items

Due to the exclusive handmade and made-to-order nature of these garments, cancellations, refunds, and discretionary returns are not accepted once production has begun.

This includes pieces produced after purchase confirmation, items made in selected standard sizing, and garments requiring artisan production processes.

Ready-to-Wear Items

If an item is specifically marked as Ready-to-Wear and eligible for return, return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
* With original tags attached

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

* Clear photos of the item in 24 Hours after delivery 
* Photos of packaging 
* Order number
* Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

* Repair assistance
* Replacement item
* Store credit
* No Refunds 

Size & Fit Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide.

Sizing recommendations provided by our team are advisory only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind
* Event cancellation
* Delayed customs clearance outside our control
* Minor handmade variations
* Incorrect size selected by customer

Production Process

Once your order is confirmed, materials, embellishments, cutting, and handwork may begin immediately.

For this reason:

* Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
* Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable
* Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary during high-demand periods

Handmade Nature

As every garment is produced by hand, slight variations in bead placement, stitching, embroidery, finishing, or internal construction may naturally occur while preserving the overall design.

These are not defects, but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted couture garments.
